Nancy Anderson’s MODIFIED Italian Pasta Salad
1 pound
Barilla Plus Pasta Cooking directions: Cook and drain pasta, al dente. Make dressing out of oil, vinegar, oregano. Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper. Set aside. Combine all of the remaining ingredients (except the dried Italian dressing mix) in a large bowl. Combine with pasta and sprinkle with the dried Italian dressing mix. Cover and refrigerate for one hour. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
